By analyzing learner performance data, you’ll provide valuable insights that help instructors refine their teaching strategies and materials. Your expertise will ensure that seniors of all backgrounds and abilities can participate fully, comfortably, and successfully.

Content Developer

As a Content Developer, you will design engaging and accessible learning materials that bring our programs to life. From step-by-step guides and printed references to interactive e-learning modules, tutorial videos, and quizzes, your content will help seniors learn confidently at their own pace. You’ll set up, configure, and maintain devices such as tablets, smartphones, and computers, activating accessibility features and AI personalization tools to suit each participant’s needs. You’ll provide both in-person and remote technical support, resolving issues like connectivity, logins, and device compatibility, while ensuring cybersecurity and privacy compliance.
